I was honored to be invited to speak for a second time as a keynote speaker at the HDI Brazil 2014 annual conference and expo. The topics I spoke on were Organizational Change, Shared Services Case Study, and an International Panel on IT as a Relevant Driver of A Strategic Plan of a Company.
Our trip began with a week of relaxation in Rio. The beaches, culture, food, and nightlife were fun and entertaining. I was able to go to a fútbol match, celebrate with friends on a rooftop bar looking over the famous beach of Ipanema.
I was also able to meet one of my students who I’ve been working with for years, teaching virtual IT Service Management classes. Edu was a pleasant surprise to a trip full of amazing memories. What a beautiful trip, country, culture, and people.
